Both are problemaic. While one, tow or a few indviduals may be of litle harm tot heBlak community overall, the impact of systemtic and systematic racism, racial discrimination, environmental racism, gross disparities inthe criminal justice system, subpar health care in Black and Brown communiites and other rerograde forces are just as , if not more lethal to the Balc commuity that Black on Black crime which , quite frankly, accounts for a small segment of the Black community. It is also important to note that te majority of White people kill other White people given the factthatthevast majority of crime in intraracial.
