Corporate America is controlled by conservatives. While there may be a number of professors who harbor left of center viewpoints, the fact is that there are plenty of conservatives in academia . This is particularly l true in political science, economic and hard science disciplines, .the board of trustees, alumni, donors etc.. are very conservative. They are the people who make the decisions. Unions have been decimated by conservative politicians at the local , state and federal level. I have a nephew who completed medical school at John Hopkins two years ago. He assured me that the medical field is very populated with conservatives. Some of this is for economic reasons. Physicians want to to make money. moreover, many of them come to the medial field loaded with negative stereotypes about people of color. You should well know that most politicians tend to adopt whatever position is popular among their constituents. They are politicians after all. The south, the upper Midwest and interior west is dominated by conservative politicians. The same can be said for pockets of Northern New England. New Hampshire is a very conservative state. The fat is that there are more conservatives in America than there are liberals. However, there are more more moderates than there are both. These are the people who tend to be independents and they are the ones who often decide elections, especially at the presidential level. Yes, the majority of Black people are murdered by other Blacks. That being said, the majority of Whites are killed by other White people. The majority of men are killed by other men. More women are murdered by men. Most poor people murder other poor people. Most rich people tend to murder other wealth people. The fact is that many people tend to reside in homogeneous societies and tend to come into proximity with others of similar backgrounds whether it be racial , economic, in some cases, religious etc...More importantly is the fact that systemic and systematic racism are crucial factors in American society and they

disproportionately affect marginalized groups of color such as black and non-White Latinos and increasingly lower income Asians. Thus, the FAULT can be blamed on several factors. The situation is not that BLACK and WHITE so-to-speak.
