"Like I said lots of white people, particularly white men, hold the belief that no one is qualified but them."

Despite the racism that is endemic within many White men (and many White women) in general. I don't believe that deep down in their bigoted souls that many White men actually believe that they are more genuinely more capable than anyone else.

However, what they do believe is that they should not have to compete with non-Whites and even White women for more desirable, powerful, prestigious, influential jobs. As they see it, they are entitled to such positions due to their race and gender. That is the height of entitlement and arrogance.
