Rick Wilson, Republican strategist responded to this exact same comment/assumption on Real Time With Bill Maher a couple of years ago. His response was “as a White conservative I can accurately state that the belief that White people have a harder time or are more likely to face discrimination in the job market than Black and other non-White people is absolute HORSESHIT!” Of course, he was/is absolutely correct!
